I had a truly disappointing stay at Alcoa Inn. The cleanliness was alarming and far below acceptable standards. While the location was convenient, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

The room I stayed in was not only dated but also had noticeable cleanliness issues. There were cobwebs in the corners, stained furniture, and I discovered cigarette burns in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I also found multiple bugs crawling around.
